Terraced coastline above the ocean in Uluwatu, Bali

One operating system, every venue

Four venues, one live source of truth.

La Playa Management Group builds and runs the operating system behind every business the group owns, so performance, staffing and maintenance are measured the same way on the same corner.

What La Playa Management is

La Playa Group is the umbrella. La Playa Management Group is the operating partner that runs hospitality businesses day to day: revenue strategy, cost control, trained teams, brand standards and governance. La Playa OS is the system that comes with it, and it becomes relevant once a business is under management. Front office, housekeeping, maintenance, finance and ownership then work off one record, which is why a question about last Tuesday has one answer rather than four.

How it fits together

La Playa Group is the umbrella. La Playa Management Group is the operating partner. La Playa OS is the system our managed businesses use to run the day.

Umbrella brand

The Group

La Playa Group owns the venues and holds the portfolio, mission, partners and investor relationships.

Day one under the umbrella

Your licence file stops being your problem.

An independent venue in Bali carries the entity, the permits and the tax file alone, usually through whichever agent was cheapest at the time. Since Permenpar No. 6/2025 reached structural enforcement on 31 March 2026, that file is no longer paperwork. It is whether the doors stay open. Coming under La Playa Group means the same file is handled by the people who already run it for the venues under the umbrella, and who are audited on it.

Entity and foreign ownership

PT PMA structuring and shareholding reviewed against the activity the venue actually trades, not the activity written into the deed years ago.

Risk based licensing (OSS RBA)

An NIB issued against the correct KBLI codes, with the risk tier and any sectoral permit identified before opening rather than during an inspection.

Building and land compliance

KKPR, PBG and SLF checked and chased. These are the documents Bali enforcement now asks for, and the ones most independent venues cannot produce on demand.

Tourism and venue permits

Accommodation and food and beverage registration under Permenpar No. 6/2025, with alcohol licensing held properly rather than borrowed from a neighbouring name.

Tax and levy discipline

PHR and the tourist levy filed on schedule and reconciled against the same trading data that feeds partner reporting, so the books tell one story.

People and immigration

Work permits and KITAS for foreign staff, plus employment contracts written to survive a labour inspection instead of a handshake.

Advisory is on call, not on invoice. Owners get the group's counsel and the group's accountants at group scale, and one view in La Playa OS showing which permits are current and which are close to expiry. Requirements change and every business is reviewed on its own facts, so nothing here is a substitute for advice on your specific entity and site.

Inside the OS

What the dashboard shows

Business overview

Occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, room revenue and direct booking share on one screen, updated as the day trades rather than at month end.

Operational status

Rooms ready, open guest issues with their severity, and the daily checklists each department has to clear before service.

Trends and performance

Twelve months of occupancy and RevPAR by reporting period, so this week is read against the same week last year instead of a feeling.

Needs attention

A twenty four hour escalation queue by room, issue type and severity. Filter pressure, loose fixtures, rate discrepancies and noise complaints all surface in the same place.

Financial reporting

Monthly reporting status per venue alongside labour hour budgets, so payroll drift is visible while it can still be corrected.

Room board

Occupied, ready, cleaning, vacant dirty, inspected, out of order and maintenance hold, counted live for the whole property.

Built for every seat

Access shaped to the role

Group administrator

Every venue, every module, plus user access and reporting standards.

General manager

One property end to end: trading, escalations, labour and checklists.

Front office manager

Arrivals, room board, rate integrity and guest issues in flight.

Finance

Revenue, labour budgets and monthly reporting status across the group.

Housekeeping manager

Cleaning queue, inspection status and out of order rooms.

HR and talent

Rostered hours against budget, and who is signed off to work each station.

Why it matters to an owner

What you get out of it

One standard across four venues

A bar, a hotel, a cafe and a hostel are measured the same way, so a strong month in one is comparable to a weak month in another.

Problems caught inside a day

Maintenance and guest issues carry a severity and a clock. Nothing waits for a weekly meeting to be noticed.

Numbers straight from the system

Investor reporting is exported from the same operating data the floor uses, not rebuilt afterwards in a spreadsheet.
