A private conversation, not a public offer
A focused hospitality group, built for the long term.
La Playa Group is building a connected portfolio of hospitality assets in Bali, beginning in Uluwatu. Four venues are owned today and ten more businesses are in negotiation right now. We are opening a limited number of private conversations with aligned partners who want to understand the group, the assets, the operating model, and how participation at holding company level could work.
Interest only. No public terms or investment commitment are being made on this page. All potential participation is subject to private discussion, diligence, suitability, approvals and formal documentation.
The invitation
This is an invitation to begin a private conversation about becoming a partner in La Playa Group, the holding company building a focused hospitality platform in Bali.
It is not a public offer, prospectus, or final investment proposal. Structure, terms, suitability and documentation are discussed privately with qualified parties.
What the group is building
One group, four assets, and a shared way of running them.
La Playa Group
Holds the long term view of place and enterprise value.
Assets
Owned venues on one walkable corner of Uluwatu.
Management
Revenue, people, cost and governance run to one standard.
La Playa OS
Visibility and repeatability across every venue.
Inside the assets tier
La Playa Group is building an integrated hospitality ecosystem rather than a series of unrelated projects. The venues sit together, the management discipline sits across them, and the group holds the long term view of place and enterprise value.
This is the operating architecture of the group, not a financial model. Nothing here implies a return, a valuation, or an agreed structure.
Why this platform is different
Four reasons the group is worth an hour of your time.
One operating corner
The assets sit within a walkable cluster in Uluwatu, so talent, management attention, guest flow, procurement and operating knowledge can be shared rather than duplicated.
See the portfolioOne operating system
La Playa Management Group and La Playa OS are designed to create one reporting and operating standard across every venue in the group.
See the operating modelFocused ownership and accountability
The group narrative is built on owned assets and direct accountability rather than a diffuse collection of minority interests. Ownership status of each asset is confirmed privately.
See what we ownPlace led, long term
Hospitality rooted in Uluwatu, designed for durable guest demand and teams that stay, rather than short seasonal activity.
Read the missionThe place you would be backing
You are not buying a spreadsheet. You are buying a corner of Uluwatu.
Limestone cliffs, a year round swell and a street that fills from first coffee to last drink. This is the ground La Playa Group operates on, and the reason the group keeps buying doors on the same intersection.

If this is the kind of place you want your capital standing on, tell us who you are and we will open a private conversation.

The acquisition pipeline
Four owned today. Ten in negotiation.
La Playa Group is actively negotiating the acquisition of ten further businesses and remains open to further discussions with owners who want to bring their business under the group umbrella.
Ten businesses in negotiation
The group is in active negotiation on ten further hospitality businesses. Names, sites, structures and consideration stay private until diligence and documentation complete, so nothing here should be read as a completed acquisition.
Same corner, same discipline
The programme favours accommodation, food and beverage formats that can be run to the same operating standard as the venues already owned, so each addition strengthens the corner rather than scattering attention.
Open to further conversations
Owners and operators who want their business to sit under the La Playa Group umbrella are welcome to approach the group directly through the same form.
Every acquisition remains subject to negotiation, diligence, approvals and formal documentation. No transaction is confirmed by this page.
The operating engine
The system is being built alongside the assets.
Revenue strategy, labour discipline, maintenance, guest recovery, reporting and venue level accountability are intended to run from a common operating standard rather than from disconnected spreadsheets and informal updates.
- Assets create the guest experience.
- Management creates operating discipline.
- La Playa OS creates visibility and repeatability.
- The group brings the system together.
Licensing and legal cover
- Every acquisition is licence checked before completion, entity, KBLI codes, PBG and SLF included.
- One compliance standard carries across all venues once a business joins the umbrella.
- Enforcement risk in Bali is treated as a diligence item, not an assumption.
La Playa OS is operating infrastructure for the group. This invitation concerns the La Playa Group head company and is separate from any software company opportunity.
See how the operating partner worksWhy aligned partners are having the conversation now
The case for a conversation, in five parts.
The platform is assembled in one place
The portfolio is concentrated around Uluwatu, so the group builds identity and operating density instead of spreading effort across unrelated markets. Four venues are owned and ten more are in negotiation.
Complementary hospitality formats
Hotel, bar, cafe and hostel formats can create a broader guest and revenue ecosystem. We treat cross trading benefit as a thesis to be tested, not a result already banked.
Operating capability as a core asset
Management and the operating system are being built alongside the venues so performance is visible and comparable across the group.
A long view of place and enterprise value
Durable venues, teams that stay, local contribution, and reporting that can withstand scrutiny.
The conversation is private and relationship led
Partners get to understand the group in context before structure, participation and terms are discussed privately.
What partnership means
We are interested in speaking with aligned private partners who bring capital, patience, judgment and long term belief in the group.
The intended relationship is investment led rather than operationally involved, subject to the final structure and documentation agreed privately. Rights, protections and reporting are matters for that private discussion, not for this page.
