The sunset the group is known for, currently closed for construction and being rebuilt directly within the front section of Gatsby Hotel, so the terrace will sit at the door of your room.
La Playa fuses Mediterranean elegance with tropical minimalism: long tables, salt air and a bar programme built around the ritual of sunset. It set the brand standard every other asset in the group is measured against.
The venue is now under construction at its new home. Building the bar into the front section of Gatsby Hotel puts the group's nightlife and accommodation lines on one site, sharing kitchen, staffing and marketing spend while opening the terrace to hotel guests from the moment they arrive.
The official re-launch date has not been announced. Trading figures below reflect the pre-construction format and are held here as reference until the new venue opens.
